Mayor Taylor called the meeting to order at 5:35 pm.

CM Harrison moved to approve the January 13, 2026, open meeting

minutes, seconded by CM Radina. All approved on voice vote.

Approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council

due back on 3/16/2026

No New Business was brought before the committee, with no further

comment Mayor Taylor considered New Business closed. All approved

on voice vote.

further comment Mayor Taylor considered Unfinished Business closed.

CLOSED SESSION FOR THE STRATEGY CONNECTED WITH THE NEGOTIATION

OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS

CM Radina motioned for a closed strategy session connected with the

negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement with unions(s) under

MCLA 15.268(c) CM Harrsion seconded, session was closed at 5:39 PM.

All approved on voice vote.

CM Radina motioned to move back into open session at 6:15 PM,

seconded by CM Akmon. All approved on voice vote.

Radina. With no further comment the Mayor considered the meeting

adjourned. All approved on voice vote.
