PUBLIC COMMENT - None  
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR REPORT  
Ms Thomson reported City Council approved the Amended DDA Development and TIF Plan at its April  
20th meeting. The DDA and Public Works discussed the service team options at City Council's April  
27th Work Session. At its May 4th meeting, Council approved the resolution to create an in-house  
service team within the Public Works Department in collaboration with the DDA.

DDA MEMBERS COMMUNICATIONS  
Chairperson Bartelme and Vice Chairperson Michelon congratulated the DDA staff on the approval of the  
Development Plan renewal and thanked them for all of their hard work.  
CONSENT AGENDA  
Member Berry moved and Member Fisher seconded the motion to  
approve the items on the Consent Agenda. On a voice vote,  
Chairperson Bartelme declared the Consent Agenda items  
approved.

Resolution to Grant $25,000 to the Ann Arbor Housing Development  
Corporation for “The Road Home”
