CALL TO ORDER
City Clerk Jacqueline Beaudry called the meeting of the City Election
Commission to order at 10:02 a.m. at the City Election Headquarters
Building, 3021 Miller Road, Ann Arbor.
ROLL CALL
Chief Deputy Clerk Sarah Alanis, Marcus Allen from the City Clerk's
Office, and Assistant City Attorney Matt Thomas were also in attendance.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Kaur, seconded by Chair Beaudry, that the
Agenda be approved. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion
carried.
PUBLIC COMMENT
There were two members of the public in attendance.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Kaur, seconded by Chair Beaudry, that the
Election Commission Meeting Minutes of October 10, 2025 be
approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council by
1/5/2026. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Public Accuracy and Logic Test of the Voting Equipment
Chief Deputy City Clerk Sarah Alanis conducted the City's public logic
and accuracy test for the equipment to be used at the Special Election on
November 4, 2025. Marcus Allen from the Clerk's Office assisted Clerk
Alanis with the test. A public test was conducted using equipment from
Precinct 5-50, and Early Vote sites EV6A and EV1B.
