CALL TO ORDER
The Chair, Councilmember Disch, called the meeting of the Council
Liquor License Review Committee to order at 3:36 p.m. in the Guy C.
Larcom, Jr. Building, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 301 E. Huron Street.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA
A motion was made by Councilmember Radina, seconded by
Councilmember Watson, that the agenda be approved. On a voice
vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.
APPROVAL OF MINUTES
A motion was made by Councilmember Radina, seconded by
Councilmember Watson, that the Council Liquor License Review
Committee Minutes be approved by the Commission and forwarded
to the City Council by 2/2/2026. On a voice vote, the Chair declared
the motion carried.
NEW BUSINESS
Annual Liquor License Renewal Process
Deputy Clerk Rachel Rickinger provided an update on the annual
renewal process. Assistant Treasurer Bill Meeks was also present to
respond to Committee questions. Rickinger stated the only objections to
the annual renewals this year were received from Treasury:
-Saeeun Corporation, LLC (d/b/a Kanbu Sushi Downtown) at 241 E.
Liberty St: This licensee currently owes $1072.20 in delinquent personal
property taxes.
-Imbibe, LLC (d/b/a Aventura) at 5360 Plymouth Rd.: This licensee
currently owes $2203.07 in delinquent personal property taxes.
-Sae Young Corporation, LLC (d/b/a Nagomi Sushi) at 1754 Plymouth
Rd.: This licensee currently owes $311.57 in delinquent personal
