A motion was moved by Commissioner Winslow and seconded by

Commissioner O'Connell that the resolution be approved by the

Commission. Motion passed upon unanimous vote.

Recommendation to approve agreement with Friends of the Ann Arbor

Commissioner Montague that the resolution be approved by the

Commission. Motion passed upon unanimous vote.

Resolution to recommend Approval of an Agreement with the Michigan

Department of Transportation (MDOT) and National Railroad Passenger

Corporation (Amtrak) for the Barton-Bandemer Park Pedestrian Tunnel

Project.
