A motion was made by Disability Commission Representative  
Keeler, seconded by Commissioner Jacobson, that the Consent  
Agenda be Approved by the Commission and the Minutes be  
forwarded to the City Council and should be returned by 8/6/2026.  
On an unanimous voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.

PUBLIC COMMENT - 3 MINUTES PER SPEAKER (Kate Flewelling)  
- Adam Goodman: Shared his appreciation for the discussion of the  
Vision Zero Report during the June meeting. He also shared concerns  
that the report is more positive than reality. He included a few examples  
of this.  
- Margaret McCall: Provided feedback on the Roadway Rightsizing  
Report. She requested that the report focus more on the safety outcomes.  
- Kirk Westphal: Commented on the May A2R2 presentation from Toole  
and disagreed with the sentiment of the consultant from Toole regarding  
roundabouts.

City could assist with the process.  
- Commissioners discussed the snow removal process on different road  
types.  
- Commissioners requested information regarding snow removal around  
bus stops and bike lanes.
