APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
Motion to amend the 11/18/25 Agenda and add Closed Session to  
agenda after Regular Buisness made by Commissioner O'connell  
and seconded by Commissioner Montague. Motion passed  
unanimously.  
Closed Session was held after agenda item 8 - Regular Business.  
Roll call taken to move into Closed Session, moved by  
Commissioner Skylis and seconded by Commissioner Montague,  
roll call supported unanimously.  
Roll call taken to move back in Open Session.  
A Motion to decline advancing application 20-1709 was made by  
Commissioner Oconnell and Seconded by Commissioner Bush,  
motion passed unanimously.
