Meeting called to order at 4:38 p.m. Present: Councilmembers Radina,  
Harrison, and Eyer. Also present: Deputy City Administrator Mariah  
Walton (virtual), City Attorney Atleen Kaur, City Clerk Jacqueline  
Beaudry, and Executive Assistant Johnathan Gomer who recorded the  
minutes. Absent: Councilmembers Mallek and Watson

Motion to approve the agenda by Councilmember Radina, seconded by  
Councilmember Harrison. Approved.

Mackinac Policy Conference Update  
Nichole Richardson provided an update about the City of Ann Arbor's  
Mackinac Policy Conference reception. Deputy City Administrator  
Mariah Walton shared an update and presented a draft video to be  
played at the referenced event.

State Legislative Update  
Aaron Keel and Carson Gatt provided a state legislative update. City  
Attorney Atleen Kaur shared an update, and discussion occurred.  
Federal Legislative Update  
Andy Buczek provided a brief federal legislative update. Due to technical  
difficulties, portions of the update were not audible.  
Petition Gathering Process Discussion  
City Clerk Jacqueline Beaudry provided an update about the circulation  
and signing of nomination petitions and related policies and proposed  
legislation. Discussion occurred.
