CALL TO ORDER
Chair Ratcliff called the meeting to order at 5:33 PM
ROLL CALL
All commissioners attended the meeting electronically from Ann
Arbor, MI except for Commissioner Rasouli, who attended the
meeting electronically from Detroit, MI. Commissioner Harrison
joined the meeting at 5:41 PM.
