CALL TO ORDER  
Councilmember Disch called the meeting of the Council Liquor License  
Review Committee to order at 3:33 p.m. in the Guy C. Larcom, Jr.  
Building, 2nd Floor Council Chambers, 301 E. Huron Street.  
ROLL CALL  
City Clerk Jacqueline Beaudry, Deputy Clerk Rachel Rickinger, and  
Assistant City Attorney John Reiser were also in attendance.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
A motion was made by Councilmember Radina, seconded by  
Councilmember Akmon, that the Agenda be approved. On a voice  
vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.  
APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
13, 2026  
A motion was made by Councilmember Radina, seconded by  
Councilmember Akmon, that the Minutes of February 13, 2026 be  
approved by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council by  
5/4/2026. On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.  
NEW BUSINESS  
Development District Liquor License to SUGO ANN ARBOR LLC  
A motion was made by Councilmember Radina, seconded by  
Councilmember Watson, that the Resolution be recommended for  
approval to the City Council by 4/20/2026. On a voice vote, the Chair  
declared the motion carried.  
Establishments in the Downtown Ann Arbor Social District  
A motion was made by Councilmember Watson, seconded by  
Councilmember Radina, that the Resolution be recommended for  
approval to the City Council by 4/20/2026. On a voice vote, the Chair  
declared the motion carried.  
UNFINISHED BUSINESS  
INFORMATION/UPCOMING BUSINESS  
Assistant City Attorney John Reiser provided a brief update to the  
Committee regarding the status of the A2Wineman liquor license  
rescission process, noting that the applicant is currently appealing the  
decision of the Michigan Liquor Control Commission. Mr. Reiser also  
noted that A2Wineman is proceeding with the renovation project despite  
the current recommendation from the City and State to rescind the  
issuance of the license.

Seeing no further business before the Committee, Chair Disch  
called the meeting adjourned at 4:00 p.m.
