CM Akmon motioned for a closed strategy session connected with  
the negotiation of a collective bargaining agreement with union(s)  
under MCLA 15.268(c) CM Eyer, seconded, session closed at  
5:38pm.  
CM Akmon motioned to move back into open session at 6:45pm,  
seconded by CM Eyer. All approved on voice vote.
