CM Radina called the meeting to order 5:30PM.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
A motion was made by Councilmember Eyer, seconded by  
Councilmember Harrison, that the Agenda be Approved. On a voice  
vote, CM Radina declared the motion carried.  
APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
Budget and Labor Committee Meeting Minutes of February 10, 2026  
CM Eyer moved to approve the February 10, 2026 open meeting  
minutes, seconded by CM Harrison. On a voice vote, CM Radina  
declared the motion carried.  
PUBLIC COMMENT  
No Public Comment was brought before the Committee. With no  
objection CM Radina considered Public Comment closed.  
NEW BUSINESS  
CM Radina opened the meeting for New Business. CM Eyer moved  
to have the Resolution for Temporary to Regular Classifications be  
sent to City Council, Seconded by CM Harisson. On a voice vote,  
CM Radina declared the motion carried.  
UNFINISHED BUSINESS  
CM Radina opened the meeting for Unfinished business.  
Discussion on the Downtown Development Authority meeting  
update was presented to the committee.  
2026 calendar year contract negotiation schedule and update was  
presented to the committee.  
CLOSED SESSION FOR THE STRATEGY CONNECTED WITH THE NEGOTIATION  
OF COLLECTIVE BARGAINING AGREEMENTS  
The committee did not have a request to go into closed session.  
With no further comment CM Radina considered the Closed Session  
failed.  
ADJOURNMENT  
CM Akmon motioned to adjourn the session at 5:48PM, seconded  
by CM Harrison. All approved on voice vote. With no further  
comment, CM Radina declared the meeting closed.
