APPROVAL OF AGENDA
Member Davenport motioned to approve the agenda as presented.
Member Sundy seconded. Motion was approved unanimously.
BUSINESS
Pioneer High School Planting - Richard Wieland
Exact siting has not been finalized yet. Details will be determined by the
applicant and city staff.
Because the students will assist with the planting, Margolis will not install
the trees but will deliver them to Pioneer High School. The resulting price
decrease compared to contract bid pricing necessitates a change order.
Member Nybell motioned to approve up to $2,000 for the planting of
five trees on the right-of-way around Pioneer High School. Member
Curtis seconded. The motion passed unanimously.
