CALL TO ORDER  
Mayor Christopher Taylor called the Work Session of the Ann Arbor City  
Council to order at 7:01 p.m. in the Guy C. Larcom, Jr. Building, 2nd  
Floor Council Chambers, 301 E. Huron Street.

Jordan Roberts, Public Services Area Administrator; Skye Stewart, Public  
Services Chief of Staff; and representatives of SEMCOG were in  
attendance to present City Council with a grant award of $1,600,000.00.

Skye Stewart, Chief of Staff; Troy Baughman, Systems Planning  
Engineer; and Molly Maciejeweski, Water Treatment Plant Manager;  
presented the City's Water and Sanitary Utility Study findings to City  
Council. A copy of the presentation is on file in the City Clerk's Office.

Jennifer Hall, Housing Director, was present with members of her staff to  
provide an update on HUD funding. A copy of the presentation is on file  
in the City Clerk's Office.

Shoshannah Lenski, SEU Director, provided an udpate of the SEU's  
work. She also presented information on the proposed rate setting for the  
Utility. Ms. Lenski noted that the rates would officially be approved by  
ordinance in May along with the City's budget.

Maura Thomson, DDA Director, presented a proposal regarding a  
potential new Downtown Service Team. Ms. Thomson presented options  
for creating the team, that included an internal City team or hiring a  
consultant, Block By Block, to perform the work. Representatives of  
Public Services and Human Resources were available to answer  
questions.

Councilmember Eyer, that the meeting adjourn. On a voice vote, the  
Mayor declared the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at
