Mayor Christopher Taylor called the Work Session of the Ann Arbor City  
Council to order at 7:03 p.m. in the Guy C. Larcom, Jr. Building, 2nd  
Floor Council Chambers, 301 E. Huron Street.

Skye Stewart, Chief of Staff for Public Services, provided a 2026 Spring  
construction project update. A copy of the presentation is on file in the  
City Clerk's Office.  
Milton Dohoney Jr., City Administrator, introduced Chief Financial Officer  
Marti Praschan to speak about the proposed FY 2027 budget planning  
process, including the budget calendar and schedule. Ms. Praschan  
spoke about revenue assumptions and property tax history, as well as  
expenditure assumptions for the upcoming budget year.

their requested budget impacts:  
Shoshannah Lenski, Sustainable Energy Utility Director  
Derek Delacourt, Community Service Area Administrator  
Jacqueline Beaudry, City Clerk

Myron Michaels, with the Student Advocacy Center, thanked Council for  
their past support in the budget for his agency's programs.  
Sam Brown, an intern with the Student Advocacy Center, spoke about the  
impact of the mentor work from the Student Advocacy Center. He urged  
Council to continue to fund this work.

Councilmember Watson thanked the members of the public who came  
out to speak tonight.

A motion was made by Councilmember Watson, seconded by  
Councilmember Mallek, that the meeting adjourn. On a voice vote,  
the Mayor declared the motion carried and the meeting adjourned at  
9:09 p.m.
