Josh Landefeld gave the managers update, which included an update on  
the tornado/storm damage at vets park. The park is closed for the  
time-being and they are in the process of emergency response at the ice  
rink to assure it is structurally safe.

Parks & Recreation Services  
A motion was moved by Commissioner O'Connell and seconded by  
Commissioner Montague that the resolution be approved by the  
Commission. Motion passed upon unanimous vote.

A motion was moved by Commissioner Montague and seconded by  
Commissioner Bush that the resolution be approved by the  
Commission. Motion passed upon unanimous vote.

Election of Officers  
Chair Marsan moved to nominated Commissioner Montague as new  
Commission Chair, seconded by Commissioner Bush and  
approved upon unanimous vote.  
Chair Marsan moved to nominate Commissioner Bush as new Vice  
Chair, seconded by Commissioner Montague and approved upon  
unanimous vote.
