A motion was made by Commissioner Colvin-Garcia, seconded by  
Commissioner Overpeck, that the Minutes be Approved by the  
Commission and forwarded to the City Council and should be  
returned by 4/6/2026. On a voice vote, Chair Curtis declared the  
motion carried.

franchise.

City staff and DTE presented an update on the Sustainable Heating  
Franchise.

26-0410 Resolution to Approve the Ann Arbor Sustainability and Transportation  
Commissions Joint Statement of Support for the Implementation of  
Sidewalk Gap Filling Projects  
A motion was made by Vice-chair Graham, seconded by  
Commission Nedrich, that the Resolution be Approved by the  
Commission and forwarded to the Transportation Commission and  
should be returned by 3/18/2026. On a voice vote, Chair Curtis  
declared the motion carried.  
WORK GROUP UPDATES  
Building Decarbonization: Chair Curtis provided an update  
Returnable Containers: Commissioner Smyth provided an update  
Sidewalk Gap Filling Implementation: Update provided in earlier agenda  
item  
Water Quality (Chloride): Erin Donnelly provided an update.
