CALL TO ORDER  
City Clerk Jacqueline Beaudry called the meeting of the City Election  
Commission to order at 11:05 a.m. in the Guy C. Larcom, Jr. Building,  
2nd Floor Council Work Room, 301 E. Huron Street.  
ROLL CALL  
Assistant City Attorney Matt Thomas was present to represent the City  
Attorney's Office.  
Lt. Brandon Knobelsdorf of the Ann Arbor Police was also present.

APPROVAL OF AGENDA  
A motion was made by Anderson, seconded by Thomas, that the  
Agenda be approved as presented. On a voice vote, the Chair  
declared the motion carried.  
PUBLIC COMMENT  
None.  
APPROVAL OF MINUTES  
A motion was made by Anderson, seconded by Thomas, that the  
Election Commission Meeting Minutes of May 19, 2026 be approved  
by the Commission and forwarded to the City Council by 7/6/2026.  
On a voice vote, the Chair declared the motion carried.  
NEW BUSINESS  
Voter Counting Boards and Receiving Boards for the Primary Election to  
be Held in the City of Ann Arbor on Tuesday, August 4, 2026  
A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Anderson, that the  
Resolution be approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the  
Chair declared the motion carried.  
Tabulation of Absentee Ballots for the August 4, 2026 Primary Election  
A motion was made by Anderson, seconded by Thomas, that the  
Resolution be approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the  
Chair declared the motion carried.  
University of Michigan Museum of Art, and Duderstadt Center for the  
November 3, 2026 General Election  
A motion was made by Thomas, seconded by Anderson, that the  
Resolution be approved by the Commission. On a voice vote, the  
Chair declared the motion carried.  
UNFINISHED BUSINESS  
Election Commission Voting Delegates  
Chief Anderson updated his voting delegate to be Lt. Brandon  
Knobelsdorf, noting that Chief Forsberg is currently on a leave of  
absence.  
City Clerk Jacqueline Beaudry reaffirmed that Sarah Alanis, Chief  
Deputy City Clerk, is her voting delegate.  
Assistant City Attorney Matt Thomas was also present as the voting  
delegate on behalf of City Attorney Atleen Kaur.

Seeing no further business before the Commission, the Chair  
declared the meeting adjourned at 11:33 a.m.
