Meeting called to order at 4:31 p.m. Present: Councilmembers Radina,

Watson, Harrison, and Eyer. Also present: Deputy City Administrator

Mariah Walton, City Attorney Atleen Kaur, and Executive Assistant

Johnathan Gomer who recorded the minutes. Absent: Councilmember

Mallek

Motion to approve the agenda by Councilmember Radina, seconded by

Councilmember Harrison. Approved.

State Legislative Update

Aaron Keel provided a state legislative update.

Federal Legislative Update

Andy Buczek provided a federal legislative update.

Legislative Breakfast Planning

Deputy City Administrator Mariah Walton provided a briefing on planning

activities taking place to prepare for the legislative breakfast. Ms. Walton

briefed councilmembers on staff-suggested legislative priorities.

Discussion occurred.

Motion to adjourn the meeting by Councilmember Harrison, seconded by

Councilmember Watson. Meeting adjourned at 5:04 p.m.
