Development Review - Fire Code and Solid Waste Regulations - At  
its April 7, 2026 meeting, the Planning Commission requested additional  
information as to how City staff review site plans for fire code compliance  
and solid waste regulations. Specific topics included requirements that  
generate impermeable surface and turn-around areas, solid waste  
receptacles and pickup, along with other design considerations. Fire  
Marshal Michael Reddmann will join planning staff to provide an overview  
of his review process for fire code. Due to out of office conflicts, planning  
staff will represent solid waste regulations.
