Title
Resolution to Approve Changes to Ann Arbor City Planning Commission Bylaws
Memorandum
The City Planning Commission recommends approval of the attached amended bylaws.  The proposed amended bylaws change Article XII Responsibilities and Evaluation of Manager, Section 4 to reflect the recent practice of developing the Commission/Staff work program in May of each year, rather than in December.  These amended bylaws were approved by the City Planning Commission at its meeting of August 3, 2011.  The changes have been reviewed by the City Attorney's Office, consistent with Council Resolution R-08-496.
