Memorandum

This ordinance will zone this property to C1 (Local Business District) from O (Office District). The City Planning Commission, at its meeting of August 16, 2011, recommended denial of the request.  The Commission noted that the proposed zoning is not consistent with the adjacent zoning or the City's Master Plan: Land Use Element recommendations.
