Attached for your consideration is a request from Delaware California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. to transfer ownership through merger of a 2004 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, located at 870 Briarwood Circle, from California Pizza Kitchen, Inc. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
