Resolution Offering a Candidate the City Administrator Position

Body

Whereas, The City Council has conducted a search for a City Administrator;

RESOLVED, That the Human Resources Director is authorized to offer the position of City Administrator to Steven Powers; and

RESOLVED, That the appointment is contingent upon the signing of a mutual contract; and

RESOLVED, That Mayor Hieftje appoints the following councilmembers: Briere, Higgins and Taylor, to work with the HR Director on finalizing the contract for the City Administrator.
