Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a request to transfer ownership of a 2010 Class C Liquor Licensed business with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, an SDM License and an Outdoor Service Area, located at 625 Hilton Blvd., from El Camino Real, LLC to Amigos Plaza, LLC. The applicant plans to run the establishment as an authentic Mexican restaurant. It will be open 7 days a week; Monday through Thursday 11 a.m. to 10 p.m., Friday, 11 a.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 12 p.m. to 11 p.m., Sunday 12 p. to 10 p.m., and plans to entertain with bands and DJ's.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
