Attached for your consideration is a request from Ann Arbor Village Pub, LLC to Transfer Ownership of an Escrowed 2011 Class C Liquor Licensed Business, and an SDM License from A & Z Investments, L.L.C. located at 3776 S. State St., to 3452 Washtenaw. The applicant plans to run the establishment as a full service restaurant which will be open 7 days a week from 11:00 a.m. to midnight.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
