Resolution to Amend the 2011 City Council Calendar

Whereas, The City Council Rules require the City Council to establish a calendar of City Council meetings and work sessions in advance of each calendar year;
Whereas, The City Council approved the 2011 City Council Calendar on November 15, 2010; and
Whereas, Due to the numerous activities developing in the City, it is necessary to schedule an additional work session to bring Council up to date;
RESOLVED; That a July 11, 2011 work session be added to the 2011 City Council Calendar.
