Attached for your consideration is a request from The Blue Wolverine, Inc. to Transfer all stock in an Escrowed 2010 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, located in Escrow at 309-311 S. Main, wherein Andrei C. Gulvezan, deceased, transfers 1,000 shares of stock to new stockholder, Andrei C. Gulvezan Trust; Magdalena M. Gulvezan Trustee.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
