Memorandum
Attached for your consideration is a request Transfer Ownership of a 2010 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, Outdoor Sales, and SDM License, located at 207-209 S. Main St., from The Full Moon Restaurant & Saloon, Inc. to P & P Hospitality LLC. (Step 2). This is Step 2 of a request from The Full Moon Restaurant & Saloon, Inc. to transfer all stock in the Class C Liquor License where Andraei C. Gulvezan, deceased, transfers 2,500 shares of stock to new stockholder, The Andrei C. Gulvezan Trust; Magdelena M. Gulvezan, Trustee. The new applicant, P & P Hospitality LLC plans to operate a new bar and restaurant called The Ravens Club.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
