Attached for your consideration is a request from The Full Moon Restaurant & Saloon, Inc. to Transfer all Stock in a 2010 Class C Liquor Licensed Business with a Dance-Entertainment Permit, located at 207-209 S. Main, where in Andreai C. Gulvezan, deceased, transferring 2,500 shares of stock to new stockholder, The Andreai C. Gulvezan Trust; Magdelena M. Gulvezan, Trustee.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
