Attached for your consideration is a request from Barclay Hospitality Services Inc. to Drop Alliance Hospitality Management LLC as Co-Licensee in a 2010 Resort B-Hotel License, Located at 3205 Boardwalk. The applicant plans to maintain the same operation as currently licensed.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer and Fire Services approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid and there are no objections from City Staff.
