This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, Glendale Orchard LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 1937 Jackson Ave, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103; and
Whereas, Glendale Orchard LLC has signed a grant of easement for public sidewalk described below and shown on the attached map:
The centerline of a seven (7.00) foot wide easement for sidewalk, being part of the Northwest ¼ of Section 30, Town 2 South, Range 6 East, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan, being described as: Beginning at the Northeast corner of Outlot B, “Allmand Heights Subdivision” as recorded in Liber 8 of Plats, Page 42 of the Washtenaw County Records; thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 15 seconds East 61.79 feet; thence North 15 degrees 47 minutes 43 seconds West 47.51 feet; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 12 seconds East 192.40 feet; thence North 19 degrees 59 minutes 56 seconds East 23.02 feet; thence South 89 degrees 05 minutes 45 seconds East 4.81 feet; thence South 00 degrees 03 minutes 15 seconds East 147.87 feet; thence South 89 degrees 05 minutes 45 seconds East 1.00 feet to the Point of Ending.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
