This easement is given pursuant to the 1140 Broadway Planned Project Site Plan approved by City Council on December 4, 2017, R-17-448.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, Morningside Maiden Lane, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 1100 Broadway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105; and
Whereas, Morningside Maiden Lane, LLC has signed a grant of easement for public right-of-way described below and shown on the attached map:
Right-of-Way Dedication A
Beginning at the Westerly corner of Lot 78 of ASSESSOR'S PLAT NO. 33, as recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 46, Washtenaw County Records; thence North 57 degrees 48 minutes 00 seconds East 15.38 feet along the Southerly right-of-way line of Broadway Street (variable width); thence South 32 degrees 12 minutes 00 seconds East 6.19 feet; thence South 58 degrees 43 minutes 59 seconds East 36.37 feet; thence South 43 degrees 59 minutes 08 seconds East 43.21 feet; thence North 58 degrees 44 minutes 00 seconds West 90.56 feet along the Northerly right-of way line of Maiden Lane (50 feet wide) to the POINT OF BEGINNING. Being a part of Lot 78 of ASSESSOR'S PLAT NO. 33, as recorded in Liber 9 of Plats, Page 46, Washtenaw County Records.
