This easement is given pursuant to the Midtown Ann Arbor Site Plan approved by City Council on November 8, 2018, R-18-450 and also in conjunction with the Midtown Ann Arbor site plan approved by City Council on November 8, 2018, R-18-450.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, Midtown Ann Arbor LLC, a Delaware limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 1400 S. Maple Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103; and
Whereas, Midtown Ann Arbor LLC has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances as shown and described in the attached easement and map:
Commencing at the East 1/4 corner of Section 36, T2S, R5E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N 01?19'00" W 679.42 feet along the East line of said Section 36 and the centerline of Maple Road (66 feet wide); thence S 88 ?41'00" W 33 feet to the Point of Beginning; thence N 80?24'09" W 188.31 feet; thence Northeasterly 130.72 feet along the arc of a non-tangential circular curve to the right, radius 383.00 feet, central angle 19?33'17", long chord N79 ?49'39" E 130.08 feet; thence S 80?24'09" E 57.41 feet; thence S 01?19'00" E 44.81 feet to the Point of Beginning.
