Attached for your consideration is a request from AOC North Ann Arbor Opco, LLC for a new Nonpublic Continuing Care Retirement Center Liquor License, located at 1901 Plymouth Road. AOC North Ann Arbor Opco, LLC is applying for a new Nonpublic Continuing Care Retirement Center Liquor License for operation of a Continuing Care Retirement Center, offering assisted senior living and memory care.
The Police, Planning and Development, Treasurer, Fire Services, and the Council Liquor License Review Committee approved the application. There are no delinquent property taxes, all application fees are paid, and there are no objections from City Staff.
