Memorandum
This easement is given to bring an existing easement to current width standards and will supersede and replace an existing easement recorded in Liber 464, page 129.
The easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, Peter Woolf is the owner of property commonly known as 1113 Bydding Road and 1111 Miner Street, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103 by virtue of the deeds recorded in Liber 5379, Page 945 and Liber 5483, page 27 of Deeds, respectively, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, Grantor has signed a grant of easement for storm sewer and appurtenances as described below and on the attached map:
Beginning at the Southeast corner of Lot 127, James B. Gotts Second Addition to the City of Ann Arbor, recorded in Liber 67, Pages 60-61 as recorded in the Washtenaw County Records; thence South 87 degrees 53 minutes 59 seconds West 22.50 feet along the South line of Lot 127; thence North 02 degrees 13 minutes 23 seconds West 72.72 feet; thence North 87 degrees 46 minutes 37 seconds East 140.28 feet; thence South 22 degrees 54 minutes 31 seconds East 20.31 feet along the Westerly Right of Way line of Bydding Road; thence South 87 degrees 46 minutes 37 seconds West 122.45 feet; thence South 02 degrees 13 minutes 23 seconds East 53.77 feet; thence South 87 degrees 53 minutes 59 seconds West 2.50 feet along the South line of Lot 128 to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
