Resolution to Accept a Sanitary Sewer Easement at Concord Pines of Ann Arbor from Toll Northeast V Corp. (8 Votes Required)

Memorandum

This easement is given in conjunction with the site plan for the Concord Pines Site Plan approved by Council on R-21-394.

 

This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Whereas, Toll Northeast V Corp., a Delaware corporation, is the developer of property commonly known as Concord Pines of Ann Arbor condominium at 660 Earhart Road, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105 by virtue of the Master Deed recorded in Liber 5489, Page 839 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

 

Whereas, Toll Northeast V Corp. has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances shown and described on the attached map:

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
