Whereas, Ann Arbor Superior Hotel Group, LLC (“Grantor”) is the developer of property commonly known as 361 W. Eisenhower Parkway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48103; and
Whereas, Grantor has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances as described below and shown on the attached map:
Water Main Easement #1
The easement in the City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan: Commencing at the North 1/4 corner of Section 8, Township 3 South, Range 6 East; thence South 86 Degrees 38 Minutes 10 Seconds West, 886.64 feet along the North line of Said Section; thence South 00 Degrees 50 Minutes 20 Seconds East 114.67 feet to the South line of Eisenhower Parkway and the Point of Beginning; thence continuing South 00 Degrees 50 Minutes 20 Seconds East, 40.23 feet; thence North 86 degrees 31 minutes 06 Seconds West, 160.46 feet to the East Right-of-Way of Signature Blvd; thence along said Right-of-Way North 00 Degrees 50 Minutes 20 Seconds West, 45.68 feet to the South Right-of-Way Line of Eisenhower Parking along the Arc of a Curve to the Left, an Arc Distance of 160.98 feet, said Curve having a Radius of 1793.86 feet and a Chord Bearing and Distance of South 84 Degrees 36 Minutes 24 Seconds East, 160.95 feet returning to the Point of Beginning.

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
