Resolution to Authorize the Disbursement of $300,000 to Elevate Energy for its Administration and Distribution of Grants as Part of the Low-Income Sustainability Grant Program
Memorandum
On December 19, 2022, City Council voted unanimously to approve a Professional Services Agreement with Elevate Energy to, among other things, administer the Low-Income Sustainability Grant program, for which $300,000 has already been allocated in the Office of Sustainability and Innovations budget. This resolution authorizes the disbursement of such funds directly to Elevate Energy for the purposes of its administration and distribution of grants to eligible recipients through the Low-Income Sustainability Grant program as outlined in the approved Professional Services Agreement with Elevate Energy. Nothing in this resolution amends the Professional Services Agreement (as approved in R-22-396).

Budget/Fiscal Impact: The funds for the $300,000 in low-income sustainability grants is budgeted in the FY23 Office of Sustainability budget.
