Resolution to Renew the Professional Services Agreement with Huron Valley Ambulance, Inc. for the Provision of a Basic Life Support Ambulance
Memorandum
We recommend your approval of the attached Renewal of the Professional Services Agreement with Huron Valley Ambulance, Inc. (HVA) for the Provision of a Basic Life Support Ambulance ("Agreement").
