Memorandum

This easement is granted as part of the Planned Project Site Plan and Development Agreement approved by Council on December 4, 2017, R-17-448. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Morningside Broadway, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known 1200 Broadway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, by virtue of deed recorded in Liber 5258, Page 805 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

Whereas, Morningside Broadway, LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances as described on the attached drawing;

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
