Memorandum

This easement is granted as part of the Planned Project Site Plan and Development Agreement approved by Council on December 4, 2017, R-17-448. This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.

Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, Morningside Broadway, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 1200 Broadway, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48105, described at Liber 5258, Page 805 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and

Whereas, Morningside Broadway, LLC has signed a grant of easement for nonmotorized and pedestrian travel described on the attached drawing;

RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
