A selection committee comprised of Public Services staff reviewed the proposal based on the best value criteria (as laid out in ORD-21-41, adopted by Council on January 3, 2022):

                     Schedule of Pricing/Cost (20%)

After reviewing and scoring the proposal, staff recommends the project be awarded to Rauhorn Electric, Incorporated.

Rauhorn Electric, Incorporated complies with the City’s Non-Discrimination and Living Wage ordinances.

Budget/Fiscal Impact:  This project is included in the current Capital Improvements Plan (the work is necessary as part of project TR-BR-16-02). The estimated total cost of the utility conduit consolidation portion of the project is $171,870.40. The cost of this portion of the project will be borne entirely by the University of Michigan.
