Memorandum
This easement is necessary to complete reconstruction of a failing water main near the intersection of Stadium and Washtenaw. The existing section of main is not located within an easement.
Budget/Fiscal Impact
Funds for the purchase are available in the Stadium Service Drive Water Main Replacement Project budget, which is part of the Water Fund.

Whereas, The owner of 2311 E. Stadium has agreed in principle to grant an easement for water mains and appurtenances as shown on the attached drawing.
RESOLVED, That the City Attorney is authorized to negotiate and obtain an easement for water mains at 2311 E. Stadium for up to $119,896.00 and any related agreements; and
RESOLVED, That the City Administrator is authorized to take all appropriate action to implement this resolution, including execution of documents.
