Resolution to Waive Attorney Client Privilege as to Attorney Salvatore Report and to Make the Report Public

Whereas, A follow-up investigation was conducted by an outside investigator concerning additional matters related to City Administrator Tom Crawford and identified in part in the June 29, 2021 Salvatore report;
Whereas, Attorney Jennifer Salvatore conducted the follow up independent investigation and issued a report dated December 7, 2021, which has been delivered to the City Council; and
Whereas, The City Council, for the sake of transparency, believes that this report should be made public, with appropriate privacy or other redactions as determined by the City Attorney;
RESOLVED, That the Investigation Report dated December 7, 2021, be made public as soon as possible by the City Attorney, with appropriate privacy or other redactions.
