Resolution to Accept a Sanitary Sewer Easement at Cloverly Village Condominium from the Cloverly Village Owners Association (8 Votes Required)
Memorandum
This easement is an off-site sanitary easement needed in conjunction with the Lockwood of Ann Arbor development. The Lockwood of Ann Arbor development was approved by City Council on February 1, 2021, R-21-042.
This easement is in standard form and is conveyed without cost to the City.
Acceptance of this easement is recommended.

Whereas, the Cloverly Village Owners Association is the association of co-owners designated to administer property commonly known as Cloverly Village Condominium, by virtue of Master Deed recorded in Liber 4360, Page 611 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, the Cloverly Village Owners Association has signed a grant of easement for sanitary sewers and appurtenances shown and described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest corner of Section 10, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan; thence N87º54'25"E (recorded as N87º54'55"E) 350.00 feet along the South line of said Section and the centerline of Ellsworth Road; thence N00°53'05"W 60.01 feet along the Easterly line of "CLOVERLY VILLAGE" as recorded in Liber 4360, Page 611, Washtenaw County Records to the POINT OF BEGINNING; thence S87º54'25"W (recorded as S87º54'55"W) 37.01 feet along the Northerly right-of-way line of Ellsworth Road; thence N00°53'05"W 231.52 feet; thence N89°06'55"E 37.00 feet; thence S00°53'05"E 230.74 feet along the Easterly line of said "CLOVERLY VILLAGE" to the Point of Beginning. Being a part of CLOVERLY VILLAGE, a condominium as recorded in Liber 4360, Page 611, Washtenaw County Records, Section 10, T3S, R6E, City of Ann Arbor, Washtenaw County, Michigan and containing 8,552 square feet of land, more or less.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
