The attached resolution authorizes the summary publication of Ordinance No. 21-24, which was approved by City Council on September 7, 2021. The City Charter allows summary publication of ordinances that are in excess of 500 words in length. Approval of this resolution will reduce the cost of publishing due to the size of the ordinance.

RESOLVED, That the publication of Ordinance No. 21-24 shall be made by the following summary:
Ordinance No. 21-24 amends Section 5.16.6 of Chapter 55 (Unified Development Code) of Title V of The Code of The City of Ann Arbor. The amendments amend regulations regarding the establishment of Home Occupations as an accessory use, and the performance standards by which they must comply.
The effective date of the Ordinance is 10 days after publication.
