The attached resolution authorizes the summary publication of Ordinance No. 21-19, which was approved by City Council on July 6, 2021. The City Charter allows for summary publication of ordinances that are in excess of 500 words in length. Approval of this resolution will reduce the cost of publishing due to the size of this ordinance.

RESOLVED, That the publication of Ordinance No. 21-19 shall be made by the following summary:
Ordinance No. 21-19 establishes a new zoning designation in the Unified Development Code (UDC), named TC1 (Transit Corridor), and provides its intent and purpose, permitted uses, use specific standards, and dimensional standards. Amendments to the UDC include Section 5.12 (intent statement), Section 5.15 (permitted uses), Section 5.16.3.L (parking lot and structure use specific standards), Section 5.15.3 (transit corridor development use specific standards), Section 5.17.4 (mixed use district dimensional standards), and Section 5.20.4 (conflicting land use buffers).
The effective date of the Ordinance is 10 days after publication.
