Whereas, RT Properties of Ann Arbor, LLC, a Michigan limited liability company, is the owner of property commonly known as 3352 Washtenaw Ave, Ann Arbor, Michigan 48104, described at Liber 2155, page 666 of Deeds, Washtenaw County Records; and
Whereas, RT Properties of Ann Arbor, LLC has signed a grant of easement for water mains and appurtenances, described as:
40' Wide Water Main Easement:
Part of Lot 5, Pittsfield Plaza Subdivision, as recorded in Liber 15 of plats, Page 43, Washtenaw County Records. Being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of Lot 5, said point being North 73°16' West 51.90 feet from the Northeast corner of said Lot 5; thence North 73°16' West 40.09 feet; thence South 12°55'30” West 139.24 feet; thence South 76°55'12” East 40.00 feet; North 12°55'30” East 136.69 feet to the Point of Beginning.
RESOLVED, That the City of Ann Arbor hereby accepts this grant of easement.
