On Saturday, February 20, 2021, Mayor Christopher Taylor delivered to City Clerk Jacqueline Beaudry a written disapproval (veto) of Council action R-21-070, Resolution to Approve a Street Closure for Conor O’Neills Main Street Dining on Main Street Between Liberty and William Streets on Wednesday, March 17, 2021 from 6:00 AM until 11:00 PM. R-21-070 was approved by City Council on Tuesday, February 16, 2020 and presented to Mayor Taylor as part of the Council record on February 18, pursuant to City Charter, Section 4.5.
The Mayor’s written disapproval is attached to this file and is hereby reported to City Council at the Regular Session of March 1, 2021 in accordance with City Charter, Section 4.5.
